The village of Lessy is located in the vineyards, towards the hills of Plappeville.

This construction project of 2 terraced houses is located on a plot on the outskirts of the historic heart of the village of Lessy. In a neighborhood characteristic of residential village extensions, with an urban fabric much looser than the adjoining streets to the south-east of the plot.

The project presents simple and compact shapes. The gap between the 2 volumes makes it possible to mark the independence in the program while managing the articulation at the corner of the street.
